In flour mills, the roller mill is used to break and crush the wheat. This is the most important machine of a flour mill. It consists of two pairs of parallel working rolls. The product that collects into the inlet glass moves the pneumatic pressure plates and the feed rolls start to feed the products homogeneously into the rolls. In the meantime, the gap between the rolls is reduced by pneumatic pistons and the product is ground by passing between the rolls. The bushings of the roller mills are spheroid casting and the rolls have conical arms.

In flour mills, the square plansifter is used for the classification of the product coming from the roller mill. It provides high sifting capacity in limited spaces. The sifter is used by hanging it to the ceiling using fibreglass hanging rods and it consists of three main parts: two sieve boxes housing the sifter frames and sieves and a drive section that houses the motor and the counterweights. Inside the sieve boxes, there are synthetic resin-coated frames and sieves. The product entering the plansifter can be separated into 7 different varieties. The use of wide frames can increase the sifting surface by up to 22%. Every sifter passage can fit up to 32 frames. For ease of transportation, the machine can be divided into three parts. The surfaces in contact with the flour are painted with food-grade paint and they can also be covered with stainless steel upon request.

The grain separator is used to separate small and big foreign materials (paper, straws, corn, soil etc. ) from the grain. The product is evenly distributed on the sieves by the adjustment gate at the grain intake as well as the distribution devices on the sieves. The machine consists of a vibrating body installed on a stable chassis. It is driven by two symmetrical vibration motors. The vibration level of the machine is adjusted by changing the inclination level of these motors. Rubber vibration dampeners are used to isolate the vibration. There are two layers of sieves in the grain separator. While the first layer separates the particles bigger than the grain, the second layer separates smaller particles. The grain separator has to be used with an air-channel or radial air separator. This way, the light particles are removed as well.

Using negative air pressure, the Dry Destoner makes the wheat flow on an air cloud. The heavier foreign materials (stones, glass etc.) stay on the vibrating sieve. The sieve acts as an escalator and carries the product to the discharge spout. The machine is driven by two vibration motors. The vibrating body is isolated from the chassis using rubber vibration dampeners and the vibration is isolated. The inclination and air suction level are adjusted for proper cleaning.

The trieur separates broken grains and other foreign materials from the wheat. The wheat enters the drum and the foreign materials and broken grains are collected into the pockets located on the drum. These foreign materials are discharged by the screw conveyor located inside the drum.
