Saponins are natural foaming and emulsifiers of multiple uses: foaming in beverages and beers, cosmetics, mining, agriculture, preparation of photographic films, additive in animal feed, treatment of effluents, preparation of dairy foods with low cholesterol, adjuvant in vaccines animals and humans, etc.
