Danmant, based on the mill industry, has developed an automatic ash regulation, which enables mills and other industries to better utilize their resources by producing the maximum limit for ash or protein. It offers several advantages, such as a higher yield. Automatic ash adjustment, which automatically cuts flour passages all the way to or somewhere in between in either 1 grade or 2 grade to reach the maximum limit of ash percentage according to sales agreement in the finished flour.The solution is tailored to individual needs and can also be adapted to other products / industries.During production, a controller receives measurement results from an NIR sensor in-line, which measures the ashes percentage of the flour, protein content and water percentage in real time. A predetermined value is retrieved / entered in the controller, which via folding boxes with stepless actuator turns the flap to 1 grade and 2 grade, respectively, depending on the total ash percentage. Typically 5 - 10 2-way diverters will be linked, which are prioritized in a fixed order, for example. Before we make the final decision on which Italian wines we want to have in the range, we order different wine samples home to Denmark to taste and evaluate the wine properly. Together with other wine experts, we try and taste Italian wines, which you will hopefully find interesting. We always carefully assess the wine's fullness, intensity, acidity and sweetness before establishing various cooperation agreements with local Italian winemakers. All our exquisite Italian wines are properly shipped home to Denmark. We work with professional transport companies to ensure that the wine does not get frost and cold during transport. If wine gets cold, the residual sugar may settle. Our partners have refrigerated trucks that maintain a constant temperature and thus maintain the good quality of the wines.
