Working from hollow blanks, our experienced team can form tubes and profiles according to the EN12449 standard or your specific specifications. We select raw materials with great care to ensure you receive products of the best quality. The majority of our work is with non-ferrous metals such as copper and its alloys (brass and aluminium). The precision pipe drawing benches offer a specific range of ODs from 0.20 – 40 mm and wall thicknesses of 0.05 – 3 mm with the possibility of different metallurgical states (hard-drawn, annealed/rapid quenching). Tubexact also produces small and medium runs of semi-finished goods in copper, brass, aluminium, etc.
