During CO2 snow blasting, dry ice particles (solid CO2 at -78 °C) are generated from liquid CO2 in the device, and then run with compressed air via a nozzle to the surface to be cleaned. Advantages include a dry and residue-free process without water and chemicals. The CryoSnow team has decades of experience in the field of industrial cleaning and dry ice technology. Our devices and systems are "Made in Germany" and are manufactured in accordance with the applicable laws and standards according to ISO 9000. Our PowerJet series of dry ice blasters deliver even more power with an ice throughput of 40 to 150 kg/hr. Thanks to the effective single-tube system, a very hard jet can be produced, with which even the most stubborn dirt can be removed. With the new series, you can select the device that is suitable for you in a range of 1 m³ to 20 m³ air volume and an air pressure of 3 to max. 20 bar. Most recently, we have also begun manufacturing dry ice pelletizers.
