Our profile: - Injection-moulding machines with a clamping force of 25–320 t - Manufacturing of injection-moulded parts of 1–1200 g in weight - Injection moulding of insert parts - Manufacturing with the gas injection method. We process all thermoplastic materials and elastomers. Our specialities: PA6T/6I GF 50 FWA with drinking water approval. Conductivity. Materials with anti-slip or flame-retardant properties. In order to manufacture tailor-made and high-quality plastic products, you need to have the right hardware. We have fully equipped die and mould manufacturing facilities where we produce high-quality injection moulding tools. We also use Cimatron E CAD/CAM software to assist us with designing and adapting items for the injection-moulding process

The company was formerly headquartered in Schlierbach, Baden-Württemberg, between Stuttgart and Ulm at the foot of the Swabian Alps. With just three members of staff to start with, a customer base primarily from the wastewater treatment sector was quickly established and supplied with premium-quality products such as containers and pipes made of thermoplastics. Following steady growth, in 1982 the company set up its current headquarters with newly constructed premises in Albershausen, which has been expanded several times since. We process premium-quality plastic semi-finished parts such as boards, profiles and pipes using machining, hot forming and welding/glueing. All the most common materials are processed, including PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, E-CTFE, PMMA und PC.

He has specialised here in the production of extrusion tools. The art of extrusion nozzle grinding and especially filigree finish grinding, on which the quality of the profiles ultimately depends, are some of his particular strengths. His father, Klaus Lehmann, a master in toolmaking, has 35 years of professional experience in the area of plastic processing and extrusion technology. He is the co-founder of several companies in the plastic and tool sector. He has been there right from the start when it comes to the development of plastics made of TPE and the production of their special nozzle tools. The production of thin-walled filigree profiles requires a precise extrusion tool. We specialise in such difficult and complicated profiles. We produce profiles and seals from all TPE, soft PVC and PP – for medical technology, the car industry, the construction industry and boatbuilding. We can create profiles for you according to drawings and patterns at short notice (within 1–2 weeks).
