Somlita UAB manufactures and wholesales films from virgin and recycled raw material (LDPE, LLDPE). These include films for construction industry (foundation waterproofing, roof steam insulation, pools, coverings), greenhouses and agriculture applications (UV- and IR-stabilised, anti-condensate), thermo-shrinkable and stretch film designated for industrial and manual packaging. Stretch film is produced in blown and cast technologies. We buy LDPE 99/1, LDPE 98/2, LDPE 95/5, LDPE 90/10, LDPE 80/20, LDPE 60/40 waste, produce and sale recycled granules. The company specialises partly in paper cores production. A major focus is placed on quality – all products are certified. Quality control is ensured by continuous tests from accredited laboratories in Lithuania and Sweden. A quarter of its output is sold on the Lithuanian market, while the rest is intended for clients in Europe. The company ensures production modernisation and employment of new materials.
