    Little Donkey embarked on his journey in 2014 from the historical region of Marathon, about 35 km northeast of Athens. Angeliki, a food technologist and organic farming agriculturist with a Masters Degree in food safety and her husband Michael, an electronic engineer, are the founders of 'Little Donkey', a modern food production workshop, which complies with the requirements HACCP and ISO 22000. Our insistence on high quality and the application of environmentally friendly production practices result in the production of foods that are of high quality and nutritional value. Our patience in the search for producers all around Greece resulted in the finding of creditable and trustworthy farmers who respect their finalized products and strive to make Greek farming excellent. Our product range includes spreads with greek honey and nuts, thyme honey and pine tree honey produced in the Greek islands.
