DUALVAC up to 1750˚C The parts come in different forms and qualities complying with customer demands for a broad application spectrum. They are manufactured both in flexible and rigid wall designs. Source materials can be aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, Mullit fibre. DUALBLOCK up to 1100, 1260 and 1300˚C Applied indifferent design used at high flow speeds. Elements are assembled from edge cut mats.They are fixed to the metal surface of furnaces mechanically by adhesives. Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.

Our product range includes technical aluminium foils for the industry, self-adhesive aluminium foil, hairdressing foil, and confectionery foil such as chocolate wrapping foil. Our industrial alufoil range include smaller, standard size rolls that are available promptly from stock. We are reliable and quick supplier of made-to-measure aluminium foil rolls, we also accept very small, few kg order quantities. Our self-adhesive aluminium tapes have a high heat-resistance enabling safe use in many applications.These tapes are available up to 1000-1200 mm width. In 2007, we created our own brand ALUXFOIL to produce our own highlighting foils for hairdressers and aluminium packaging foil products. Our confectionery foil is available in rolls or sheets, in different colors according to the customer's request.
