‘ARSUN’ UR Series of Portable Radial Drill with Universal Drill Head is most suitable for drilling operations on heavy and sizeable components which require quick and efficient preparations in terms of capacity as well as accuracy. These machines are designed to offer rigidity, precision and flexibility to drill at any angular direction. The drill head swivels on 2 planes - 90º Up & 90º Down, and its 360º rotational movement makes possible the drilling operation at any angular direction. The model UR 50 is having 50-mm drilling capacity in steel. Its various movements – i.e. arm up/down, arm traverse, drill head swiveling (90º up/down), drill head 360º rotation, sleeve lock/unlock, column traverse – all these movements are motorized, which offers fatigue free easy location while drilling. It has wide range of 15-speeds and 6-power feeds makes the machine suitable for drilling, tapping and reaming operations within its full working range and various positions of arm and drill head.

Our press is mechanical, piston/ram type which produces continuous logs with approx 1000 Kg/M³ to 1400 Kg/M³ density. Continuous high production capacity: 1500 KG/Hour. Finished product size; 90mm diameter. Shape: Solid-Cylindrical. Biomass raw material with particle size up to 20mm/2cm can be directly fed to the machine. Less electricity use and processing/operating cost compared to Screw type or hydraulic technology. No loss of production & air pollution due to direct feeding system. The feed speed in conveyor and feeding cone are controlled by variable speed drives to optimize the production. Also the temperature sensors make the life of internal moving parts of machine long lasting and safe in operation. Our presses are CE marked as per European compliance.
