The winegrowers' cooperative has been producing red and white wines for 50 years. The olive press produces extra virgin olive oil. Special feature: the production of kosher white and red wines according to the time-honoured expertise of the rabbis. In addition to Bianco de Pitigliano AOC, we produce: Sovana AOC and Sangiovese Sovana Superiore both aged and from the barrel. Other AOC and IGT wines, two brut and sec Aldobrandesco sparkling wines. And lastly, Grappa del Fauno produced from Chardonnay grape stock.

So far it has always been run by the same family and expanded its business to become a wine and gastronomic food company appreciated by the most discerning Italian and international gourmets. The sales outlet carries typical high-prestige products such as caviar, truffles, salmon, balsamic vinegar, cheeses, foie gras and a vast selection of liqueurs, AOC wines and famous champagnes from Italy and foreign vineyards.

This project began with the love of an inhabitant of the Camaiore AOC area for her native land. Her aim is to throw the spotlight on Camaiore and all the good things it has to offer: Promotion of historical-gastronomic sites to rediscover traditional receipes. Support craft enterprises to provide concrete help to local craftsmen and women who wish to join in this initiative to develop their production and, therefore, their sales.
