Locksmith and Turnery Works TAPKA&TAPKA has been successfully operating on the market since 1968. We undertake both individual and multi-series orders. We provide services in the field of CNC machining, turning, milling, drilling, boring, chiselling, surface grinding, shafts and holes grinding. Thanks to an extensive machine base and professional employees we manufacture lightweight steel structures, parts for railway machines and parts of agricultural machines, as well as power hydraulics components, devices and structural elements of machines that meet all standards. We employ our own design engineers and the work is performed on the basis of our own or entrusted designs. Our customers are mainly automotive, agricultural and railway companies for which we manufacture spare parts and production line equipment. We are a manufacturer of universal frames for the repair of passenger cars, vans and sheet metal plates for repairing trucks that are valued on the market and used by many body shops. We manufacture robust and easy to use devices which allow to perform even the most complicated and advanced sheet metal work. The repair frames with our company’s logo are reliable equipment that provides invaluable services in the reconstruction of bodies of damaged vehicles. We work with the EU and non-EU contractors.

We are the producer of steel construction and machines and their parts. We provide our customers with high-quality products and we offer very attractive prices. Our company offers, among many others, offshore equipment including shipping industry machines. We sell mainly pipeline manipulators together with electrical and hydraulic equipment. We offer wide range of equipment and machines for applications such as i.e., sorting of stone materials or hydrogen production using the electrolysis process. We offer housing and fames in different shapes and sizes. We provide our customers with complete constructions that are painted and, if necessary, mechanically processed. We employ experienced professionals who guarantee high quality of welded joints. We pay special attention to this type of work. We weld modules up to 15 tons. We also specialize in processing small and medium-sized parts. We produce short series of individual elements weighing 0.5-200 kg. Moreover, we offer full installations for new investments: galvanizing lines and structures for flat glass annealing lines with the possibility of assembling the manufactured structures on the construction site. This is perfectly complemented by machining, boring and milling machines, as well as designing and manufacturing of low- and high-pressure tanks. Due to the turntables we are able to produce aesthetic, continuous welds around the whole circumference of tanks.
