Operation the plant: three phases separation centrifuges (from Andritz) – oil, sludge and water; recovered oil, analys and pomping recovered oil to refinery; extract the sludge from lagoon with excavator and riddle basket, hydraulic Diesel and screw pomp for extraction sludge; pretreatment sludge: separation high solid and heating the sludge with heat exchangers; mixers for sludge; chemicals dosing system (manual and automat systems); dosing pomps; Duplex filters; steam production and delivery to our plant, crud oil farm tank and briqeting cocs plant.
