After 10 years producing in third-party factories, dealing with high minimums, poor service and qualities issues, we made the decision to lead our own production processes with the main objective of guaranteeing quality and deadlines for our own brand. For this reason, in July 2022, our first Just-ENE factory, ENE Shoes Manufacturer, was created. After a few months of operation of our factory, from Just-ENE, we have decided to offer the opportunity to manufacture under the same guarantees to other brands, with the aim of providing serious and quality manufacturing. We have a team with more than 20 years experience that has been working a long time for top shoe brands and with whom we have been working for the last 6 years in the different factories in which we have carried out our production. This has allowed us to select the personnel with the greatest capacity to work on a shoe in which the quality and attention to detail are of great importance. We specialize in luxury women shoes, from flats to high heels and wedges.

We have our own brand mark "Gino Vaello" and also collaborate with different designers and other brands making their prototypes and bulk production.As I told you we can help you in your project whenever you need to make lady shoes because we don't make shoes for men. I explain briefly the way we work so you can get an idea. We have no minimum manufacturing because we work with escaled prices depending on the quantities and materials. From a sketch or a picture of your idea we show you the closest availablelasts in order to save time and development costs. If in any case our lasts don't like you we're able to make all the developmentfrom the beginingOnce you have chosen the last, the style and have all the materials defined, we can give you the proto costs and an aproximate production quotation. The develpment of a prototype goes from 20 to 30 working days depending on the complexity of the sample and development needings (new last, pattern, researching of heels, ...). Production times are usually between 6 and 10 weeks. With respect to our services we will can make the integral development of prototypes and production. Offering you material and consttruction (heel, platform, last...) possibilitiesand advising you of course.
