Our passion is forging. Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel and titanium drop forged parts of 0.1 kg to 200 kg, as well as hammer forgings of up to 500 kg, are produced on nine forging groups of various sizes. Thanks to our large steel warehouse, own tool manufacturing, internal heat treatment and mechanical production, we can supply you with ready-to-install machined forged parts within as short a time as possible. Flükiger & Co. AG is certified in line with EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and aerospace standard EN-9100: 2016, and has a manufacturer-related product qualification from Deutsche Bahn and an overground track construction certificate.

We manufacture die-cast parts from magnesium alloys, aluminium alloys and on contract in our foundries in the Czech Republic, China and Switzerland. Our production facilities are extensively automated and suitable for medium- and large-scale series production (parts anywhere within the range of 500 g to >15 kg). We supply handbrake modules and circuits as a development partner for the automotive industry. We use cutting-edge 3D measuring machines and a laboratory for X-ray analysis, spectral analysis and strength analysis to ensure the quality of our products. Our CIP (Continual Improvement Process) ensures that our production processes are constantly optimised. Today, we are manufacturers of micro and precision turned parts within the range of 0.10 mm to 20.00 mm in diameter. Uses of our products include medical instruments, measurement instruments, electrical and electronic devices, miniature motors, door cylinders. We also supply the aviation industry. We process: COREPOINT®, our globally patented product. Steel, in all alloys. Bronze, copper, brass, aluminium, carbide, in diameters between 0.3 and 2.0 mm, plastic (e.g. PEEK). We take on the production of very small right up to very large series. We create precision parts in very narrow tolerances, which we monitor on fully automated inspection machines with the latest measurement instruments, both in ongoing production and before delivery, if necessary at 100%.
