This is achieved through their construction with so-called thread rolls. The thread rolls serve as rolling elements between the threaded spindles and threaded nuts. Another major advantage of the screw rollers is the large range of thread pitches that can be achieved. The multiple thread profile of the screw rollers allows total spindle pitches of 0.5 mm to 50 mm.
