At BESAPLAST you will find a comprehensive range of joint tapes for structural waterproofing in concrete construction, in particular construction joint tapes and expansion joint tapes as well as joint sealing tapes and products with clamping technology. These are all available in the proven Besaflex material qualities (joint tapes made of PVC), Nitriflex (joint tapes according to DIN 18541) and Elastoflex (joint tapes according to DIN 7865), as well as in special qualities, suitable for every application. We also manufacture moulded parts and connection systems from these joint tapes. Technical profiles according to customer specifications and scanner rails for shop fitting are another focal point. Kunststoff-Extrusion Lehmann GmbH is a new, young and innovative family company, but its experience and knowledge is a tried and tested process that has continually developed over decades. Managing Director and Head of Production Nils Lehmann is a trained precision engineering technician, and has now been working for more than 12 years in the area of design, planning and production of plastic profiles. He has specialised here in the production of extrusion tools. The art of extrusion nozzle grinding and especially filigree finish grinding, on which the quality of the profiles ultimately depends, are some of his particular strengths. His father, Klaus Lehmann, a master in toolmaking, has 35 years of professional experience in the area of plastic processing and extrusion technology. He is the co-founder of several companies in the plastic and tool sector. He has been there right from the start when it comes to the development of plastics made of TPE and the production of their special nozzle tools. The production of thin-walled filigree profiles requires a precise extrusion tool. We specialise in such difficult and complicated profiles. We produce profiles and seals from all TPE, soft PVC and PP – for medical technology, the car industry, the construction industry and boatbuilding. We can create profiles for you according to drawings and patterns at short notice (within 1–2 weeks).

Our company began in the field of plumbing fixtures and accessories and general rubber goods. Then we focused on industrial demand in the fields of occupational safety, hoses and plumbing, technical rubber goods, plastic items, foams, drive technology, and adhesives and sealants. In 2005, we specialised exclusively in the field of technical sealing profiles. We supply profiles made from cellular rubber, sponge rubber and solid rubber, TPE, silicon and silicon foam, and soft PVC with steel clamp structure. Here we have an extensive standard/stock range, and can produce customer-specific sealing profiles from 100 m – made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) and silicon – with very low injection moulding tool costs. We primarily supply steel and metal construction, mechanical and equipment engineering and special purpose vehicle construction.
