"Herbs and Balsamic Tomato Sauce" in 300 cl. glass jar. The sauce contains chopped fresh tomatoes, garlic, herbs (basil, thyme, marjoram), honey, balsamic vinegar. The color is lighter as the SO2 content increases. Natural (Unsulphured) Dried Apricots differs from sulphured apricots in color, the color of this type changes from light brown to dark brown this is because these apricots are directly dried under the sunlight without being treated with SO2. WHOLE PITTED SUN DRIED APRICOTS PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONFresh Malatya apricots are collected from the trees into the cases and cured by sulphur dioxide for 2 or 3 days (natural apricots are not sulphur treated), than pitted and finally dried under the sun. All apricots are mechanically double washed, and selected to remove any foreign materials. The whole pitted apricots packed directly into the cartons and metal detected for final check.
