The THERMAL COVER "THERMOCHEHOL" - quick-detachable multiple insulation for fittings, flange connections, pipeline sections and equipment elements that require regular access during operation. Replaceable for removable thermal and sound insulation devices on surfaces with a nominal diameter from Ф10 to Ф1400 and non-standard sizes, with an ambient temperature from -60 ° С to +1100 ° С Can be operated indoors and outdoors. The THERMAL COVER "THERMOCHEHOL" is a structure consisting of an outer and an inner layer. The inner layer is a heat-insulating filler (fibrous non-combustible materials or foamed rubber). The surface of the outer layer along the entire perimeter is equipped with fastening elements that ensure flat adhesion of the products to the insulating object. Unlike the traditionally used construction, consisting of mineral wool and a metal casing, the THERMAL COVER "THERMOCHEHOL" is designed for repeated use, and its installation does not require a qualified working system and special tools. All removable constructions of the "THERMOCHEHOL" are designed in such a way that it is convenient to carry out maintenance or repair of insulated surfaces. Most removable structures can be removed and installed within 3-5 minutes.

"Casting Engineering Company" (“CEC”) is producer of casting parts for different areas of in-dustry. We produce goods from various ferrous and non-ferrous metals: Cast iron: gray cast iron GG15 - GG-30, ductile iron GGG35 - GGG70, alloy cast iron, high-alloy cast irons (up to 32% for chromium); Steel castings: carbon steel, steel 1.4777 (GX130CrSi29), low-alloy and high-alloy steels in-cluding stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys with special properties; Casting of copper, bronze, various grades of brass, aluminum and aluminum alloys. For casting we are using lost foam casting technology. Using of this technology allows us to reach high dimensional accuracy and surface finish up to Rz40 without machining. That allow significantly reduce the weight of the casting and often completely abandon of machining. All our products are tested for compliance with drawing requirements. Depending on necessary we provide different types of technical control including: chemical analysis (all the products) and mechanical test (if need, we do tensile strength, impact strength). If necessary, it is possible to carry out other technical tests. "CEC" also can provide services for machined parts, welding, assembling and painting (includ-ing powder paint). Also in our company has been issuing decorative casting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
