Laser Cutting - Alpha's extremely versatile and efficient laser cutting machines can work in a range of material types and thickness' from mild steel to wood and plastic. The laser cutting machines have a table size of 4000mm x 2000mm. CNC Punching - Alpha Manufacturing's CNC punching facilities comprise of three Pullmax machines and one Trumph machine, each offering unrivalled process speeds. CNC Folding - Alpha Manufacturing has a range of forming facilities, each of them designed to suit differing product types.

In addition most profiles can also be taped, drilled or punched to suit most requirements. Where possible we try to incorporate fabrication work into the extrusion line itself, keeping costs to a minimum. Our ongoing investment program enables us to regularly update and improve our facilities. As part of our plastic extrusion service we have two dedicated secondary operation areas, one is dedicated to repackaging and the second is dedicated to bespoke assembly. Both areas have their own management team and are very passionate in the preparation and presentation of finished goods to our customers.
