TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS is an interior finishing coating designed for Airless projection. It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Emulsion acrylic resin, mineral filler, cellulose derivatives, conservation agent and various additives. ACCEPTED SUBSTRATES • Pasterboard • Filling coatings • Old paintwork • Smoothed concrete • Plaster blocks SUITABLE SURFACES SEMIN AIRLESS can be covered with any acrylic or oil-based paint. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry matter: 72% • Density: 1.6 PREPARATION OF SURFACES BEFORE APPLICATION The substrate must comply with DTU 59.1, i.e. be clean, dry, free of dust and of any trace of stripping oil. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS 3 IN 1 is an indoor filler that can be used as an Airless spray. It provides an even appeareance without smoothing, has great coverage and a deep matt finish. It combines 3 actions : underlayer, filler and finish. COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE Acrylic emulsion resin, mineral content, cellulose derivates, preservation agent and other additives. The resulting paste is a bright white colour and its consistency is adapted to its airless application. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry extract : 68% • Density : 1,76 • COV : <1g/l APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESSS 3 IN 1 can be sprayed with all kinds of Airless machines adapted to srpraying coatings. Recommended nozzle : 627. For optimum results, we recommend following this method : • Spray a first layer of the coating about 300 to 400 g/m2, to show up the defects on the surface. Spray at a distance of about 80 cm from the relevant surface • Check over the surface carrefully

SUITABLE SURFACES The SEMIN AIRLESS GARNISSANT layer can be applied with the help of an acrylic or gloss paint. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Dry extract : 72% • Density : 1;88 • COV : < 1g/ litre APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS covering layer is sprayed in two steps : the first must be smooth with the help of a 60 cm blade, after drying the second one must be smoothed with the blade. The product must be sprayed at about 80 cm from the support. TIP : Lift filters before spraying.

Benzoguanamine is a white crystalline powder which has the chemical formula C9H9N5. It finds its application as crosslinking agent of alkyd and acrylic resins. Further is used in the production of formaldehyde resins as a modifier and flexibilizer and as raw material of (benzo)guanamine resins. Enox DTBP (Ditertbutyl peroxide) is a transparant liquid which has C8H18O2 as chemical formula. This dialkyl peroxide is used as initiator for the production of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). Further it finds its application in the polymerization and copolymerization of styrene, olefins and acrylic resins and as modification agent of polypropylene degradation. This diacyl peroxide has C14H10O4 as chemical formula and it is used to cure unsaturated polyester resins and acrylic resins at both ambient and elevated temperature.
