The front mounted shutter may be installed at any moment, as it is installed on the facade. A large selection of boxes, profiles and their colours will fulfil all your aesthetic expectations. We also offer perfect quality overload, radio and wire drives that will ensure the comfort of use. Our front mounted shutters perfectly insulate the heat. They are a barrier for unwanted guests, and after a partial lowering they perfectly protect the rooms against excessive sunlight and heating. In all of the top mounted shutter systems that we offer there are also versions with a mosquito net, protecting us against intrusive insects, particularly during the summer months. For all models are available rolling mosquito nets.

Durability, especially flexible use and installation options, functionality, a wide choice of profiles and multi-coloured materials, easy adaptation to the exterior – these are the features of facade roller blinds. Facade roller blinds have extremely high light retention rates: they block from 81 to 100 per cent of sunlight and ultraviolet light. In addition, the powder-coated aluminium construction is strong and resistant to external factors. Facade roller blinds can be adapted to both horizontal and vertical surfaces, and it is also possible to integrate the roller blind mechanism into the facade, i.e. hide it under the finishing. Pleated blinds are a fabric folded on the principle of harmonica, covering the windows. The pleated fabric creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere by transmitting light in the interior. This window covering is extremely easy to control, with the help of a handle from top to bottom or from bottom to top. This is a great solution for hinged windows and doors, as these blinds are installed very close to the window glass. Even when the window is fully opened, the finish of the window opening corner will not be broken. Pleated blinds are a rapidly growing solution for solar control. Modern and versatile pleated blinds will help ensure optimal light flow in the room and provide privacy. The use of semi-reflective fabrics can reduce air conditioning costs.

Differentiation between DIN / EN and ANSI Eyeglass blinds according to DIN differ from eyeglass blinds according to ANSI in terms of pressure levels, sealing strips and materials. In German-speaking countries, glasses blind disks are also called blind disks or throttle disks. However, the English terms “spectacle blind”, “blind paddle” are also often used in Germany. The blind rivet connection itself is a non-detachable connection. However in order to be able to attach further detachable components GESIPA® has the threaded blind rivet in its product range. The threaded blind rivet has a stud with M5 or M6 external thread to which further parts can be mounted using an additional nut.

The GESIPA® TRI-FOLD® blind rivet forms three press lashes on the closing head side during setting. The advantages The large moulded lashes distribute the exerted clamping force evenly and gently onto the riveted material. Also, the large surface of the lashes offer excellent protection against the rivet being pulled through very soft, porous or brittle application parts. Thanks to its special design, the TRI-FOLD® is also able to compensate over-dimensional or irregular drill hole diameters. Application areas TRI-FOLD® blind rivets are excellently suited for the automotive field, e.g. for plastic panelling, car body parts and for the interior work inside vehicles, but also for all other applications that are particularly soft, brittle, easily deformed or porous.

As a combination of blind rivet nut and screw, blind rivet nut studs offer an alternative or replacement for welding studs. Blind rivet nuts with continuous hexagonal (Hexaform) or partial hexagonal shank (Hexatop) are another possibility to avoid the rotation of the fastener in the component as alternative to knurled shafts. Especially with coated components or when using tools smaller working stroke you can achieve excellent results.

Large grip ranges and higher shear and tensile forces - OPTO®-Bulb is the universal rivet for difficult jobs.The OPTO®-Bulb is combining the flexibility of multigrip rivets with the excellent strength of the FERO®-Bulb series. It offers a secure locking of the remaining mandrel as well as a smooth formed closing head.

Durable, robust, and reliable: the hand tool VNG 371 for the processing of blind rivet nuts (M5 to M10) and blind rivet bolts (M5 to M8). The VNG 371 is supplied in an impact-resistant plastic case and equipped with a comfortable drill rod for the easy lowering of the set connector and a quick-change system for the mandrels.

GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.

The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird® Pro has an extremely long service life and is virtually non-wearing. Compared to commercially available battery-powered tools, riveting can be done up to 4x faster making it comparable with hydropneumatic blind riveting tools. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the AccuBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. According to the ARCO body-bound rivet the folding rivet forms a large upset head too. Thisguarantees an equal distribution of forces, so that especially plastics and other soft or vulnerable materials resist against cracking or pullthrough. Typically this rivet is used in all areas of industrial light weight constructions. As a result of the locked mandrel in the connection, the spread rivet is splash water resistant. VVG offers two different types – the standard split rivet and a high strength version with neoprene washer.

RIFBOLT blind rivet studs consist of a sleeve and a screw, which are joined together by welding or crimping. As special production components we can use different lenghts and types of screws can be used as well as almost every rivet nut sleeve. Blind rivet studs offer a multiple use. They can — connect different working pieces, — install a thread into components and — fix additional parts to the screw.

SFM-PL folding blind rivet nuts are constructed for those applications where a high pull-out strength is requested. The slottedshaft makes the rivet nut split into four straps with a wide contact surface that guarantee an equal distribution of forces especially on plastics and other vulnerable materials. Furthermore this type offers a very big grip range! SFM-PL folding blind rivet nuts are for example used in all fields of vehicle manufacturing.

The OPTO multigrip blind rivet with his especially embossed rivet shaft, is distinctly different to a standard blind rivet. Grounding blind rivets offer a simple and reliable way of grounding a product. This is achieved by pressing the respective toothing on the conductor in the material. The grounding conductor can be used with standard cable sockets easily. The processing of grounding blind rivets can be doen with all kinds of standard type rivet tools.
