We develop and produce hydraulic cylinders in various designs and performance classes. Whether as a prototype or in series production, we are happy to adapt to your wishes and requirements. Depending on the product application, we place the highest value on quality and functionality.

We now make various hydraulic cylinders including arms, booms, buckets, dozers, rams, outriggers, lifts, tilts and side shift cylinders. By making our products with a self-made SRB (skiving roller burnishing) machine, their durability is better than existing products and they have a high-powered work performance. We make tubes with a maximum inner diameter of 250 mm, a maximum length of 3000 mm, and a maximum test pressure of 750 kgf/㎠.

Forged parts for the hydraulics industry with secondary CNC Milling & Turning Forging capability from small detailed parts to large forgings of 50Kg. Maximum forging capacity of 1600 Ton. Forged parts mostly CNC machine to finished part level. Forging tools designed and managed and can be reversed engineered from finished part drawings by Donlouco. All steel grades to meet customer requirements and European standards. Forged parts can be fully tested, tensile, impact etc at approval stage and by sampling as required. All parts fully checked and inspected before shipping with full traceability and reports available with all shipments.

Telescopic hydraulic cylinders consist of multiple steel tubes, each with a progressively smaller diameter, nested inside one another. This design allows the cylinder to be compact when retracted and significantly extend to a longer length when in use.
