Inspection of Surfaces 2D and 3D Regarding surface quality inspection for metal products such as cylinder head, gear tooth, it consumes a lot of time and human resources for the inspection. Since parts are inspected by bare eyes or slow speed inspection machines. With the inspection machine HE1000, inspection is much faster, more accurate and fully automated. In addition, there is a 3D laser sensor combined with our 2D inspection head to provide the most accurate result. This sensor is the first in the world to apply the Nobel Prize winning physics technology of optical frequency combs. It utilizes coaxial lasers and high precision range finders. There are some cases that our customers reduced over 90% of the inspection time. urthermore, if parts are inspected by humans, there might be different results by each person, because each of them has a different tendency and criterion.

Ridat’s Blister Sealing Press (BSP) range is designed to heat seal adhesive coated card or film media onto pre-formed blisters. Production steps are as follows: Pre-formed blisters are placed in in-expensive jigs Products are laid inside the blisters Adhesive coated card or film media is placed on top and positioned by spring loaded pins The assembly is then moved to the heating station where the backing media is sealed to the blister While the heat sealing operation is taking place the other stations are being unloaded and reloaded This process can be manual or fully automated Key machine features include: Sturdy Press Static Heater Platen with thermostat control Digital Timer for process control Aluminium Table powered by pneumatic cylinder Auto models powered by gear motor CE Mark Optional features include: Additional number of stations (either 2, 4, 5 or 6) Automatic card placement

The rotation of high speed shaft should not be more than 1500 rpm; The circumferential velocity of gear tranmission should not be more than 20 m/sec; The temperature of work environment should be -40-45°C. If it below 0°C, before start, the lubricating oil should be pre-heated to above 0°C. This speed reducer can be run at clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
