The Morgan Rushworth HBP hydraulic box and pan folder provides simple, powerful folding with easily adjustable manual angle setting device. The clamping and bending is controlled by means of a joystick or foot pedal or combination, allowing easy positioning of the material for folding. This machine offers high speed, increased productivity and is a cost effective alternative to press brake machines. The HBP range has 45° folding beam fingers which are hardened and ground and supplied in varying widths for ultimate versatility.

The Morgan Rushworth SBT manual folders have been designed with versatility as the first priority. Segmented high box tools, segmented folding beam tools and segmented bed tools ensures that as many different types of folds, such as Z’s can be completed as possible. This is unlike traditional box and pan folders that have segmented fingers only. A vertical clamping stroke of 200mm also ensure that deep boxes can be performed that would normally be impossible due to collision. Quick release tooling with fast treadle clamping further adds to the capability of the SBT folding machines.

The heavy duty Morgan Rushworth Manual Box and Pan Folders are available in a range of sizes from 1270mm wide up to 3050mm. Intended for working with sheet metal material they have a capacity of up to 2.5mm thick except on the 3 metre model which accepts 2mm. All models feature 45° hardened and ground segmented fingers allowing both straight and box & pan folding in a range of materials. The counterbalance weights assist the operator, especially with repetitive cycles.

A Superior premium quality copy paper most suited for high-quality image printing is available in both A3 Size (11” x 17”) and A4 Size (8-½” x 14”). This paper is also suitable for use in high-speed copier machines. Our brand is known for jam-free and dust-free running superior whiteness and brightness resulting in high-contrast images to leave a long-lasting impression. Widely suitable for multipurpose usages ranging from Home to Office use. Available in both A grade (100% brightness) and A+ grade (102% brightness).
