Douplex stainless steel is a class of steel that combines excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and ease of manufacturing and processing. Despite their high strength, douplex stainless steels exhibit good plasticity and toughness. And in most applications, douplex stainless steels show high corrosion resistance due to their high chromium content, which is advantageous in oxidizing acids. Therefore, duplex stainless steels are often used instead of austenitic stainless steels in many applications in the chemical industry with a greater risk of corrosion.

Istanbul Dokum is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, complex is equipped to supply castings to customers. In our induction furnaces, your orders are casted carefully with our qualified personnel. Casting cleaning is carried out by a separate team within our structure and some parts are subjected to heat treatment in accordance with special demands. We apply heat treatment in order to achieve better mechanical values depending on the end use areas. Sandblasting is done in our 2500x2500x3500(h)mm inner dimensioned sandblasting machine with a single piece capacity of 10 tons.

Special features of the Lipp welding technology are the automated on site construction of above the ground cylindrical tanks made of various grades of duplex steel, stainless steel and black steel. Moreover, the technology also incorporates the post treatment of the weld and a visualized welding monitoring and the technical documentation of the process. Due to the flexible and mobile concept of the equipment, the installation can either be done on greenfield construction sites but also inside buildings or in places with limited access and working space.

S.p.A. has always stood out for its multitechnological capabilities and highperformance manufacturing, efficiently and flexibly carrying out the entire production cycle of each pipe, starting from forging through to the final testing phase and any inherent certification. Thanks to continuous investments in new technologies, M.E.G.A. is able to obtain seamless pipes from a forged bar up to 11,000 mm in length and 1,400 mm in outside diameter. The special machining process enables M.E.G.A. to produce special seamless SMLS pipes as thin as 20mm (depending on the other dimensions) as well as large diameters. Pipes can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, and can be plated with CRA material (typically UNS N06625 or 316L) to ensure corrosion resistance. DSS and SDSS pipes can be produced to be Norsok M650 compliant.

This family of standard products is available in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper alloys, titanium and others. HEAVY WALL FITTINGS are manufactured from customer specifications, or from accurate design according to the requirements of international codes, including ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME B&PV Code Section I, Section III, Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2, PED, RCCM, EN 13480, EN 10253 or others, and is supported by finite element analysis or calculation reports. In this product category, we have special tees (e.g. two, three or more branch outlets), special wyes (two, three or more ways, with piggability requirements), special caps, special flanges (e.g. swivel flanges, anchor flanges) and flanged fittings, and many other types of fittings designed and developed according to specific requirements.

2ZE1 liquid ring vacuum pump is our key products since we started production. It is one of most commonly used vacuum pump in the world. With ATEX Certification, it has been used in almost all industrial vacuum application and has been providing thousands of facilities in different application with reliable performance. We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performances with other commonly used vacuum pump. Available in cast iron, SS304, SS316L,SS321 and duplex stainless steel SS2205, and a combination of both materials. We also offer pump with ceramic coating for special application.

2ZE4 liquid ring vacuum pump can provide efficient operation over vacuum range from 160mbar-1013mbar without any need to change the pump internal parts. Our 2BE4 liquid ring vacuum pump is available in 20models, with capacity ranging from 2,000 to 32,300 m³/h. When equipped with a center shroud inside pump casing, split vacuum operation up to 400 mbar differential can be achieved. To satisfy the customer's different ways of installation, both top and side inlet and outlet are opened and machined, our standard pump material is cast iron, for special application, pump in stainless steel SS304, stainless steel SS316L, stainless steel SS321, duplex stainless steel SS2205 and cast iron pump with stainless steel flow parts are available. It is the ideal pump for demanding environments like the paper, power, mining, and chemical process industries.

Our NORSOK-approved Super Duplex alloy 2507 tubes (UNS 32750) are custom-engineered for the most aggressive subsea and downhole oil and gas applications. Greater Corrosion Resistance Than Standard Duplex Grades Super Duplex stainless like S32750, is a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite (50/50) which has improved strength over ferritic and austenitic steel grades. The main difference is that Super Duplex has a higher molybdenum and chromium content which gives the material greater corrosion resistance than standard duplex grades.
