We own a helicopter ENSTROM 280 C, which is famous for its exceptional safety due to its rotor system and remarkable capability of autorotation. The helicopter is powered by a piston engine with a turbocharger. It also behaves perfectly in strong winds. The cabin is designed for 2–3 passengers and is extremely comfortable. Because of all these features it is one of the best helicopters for schooling.

The IMCU is a DSP-based controller suitable for a large spectrum of control applications. Its modular design includes: * common for all applications main board (MAIN), * designed for each specific application mezzanine (MEZZ) for as example sensor interface * range of power amplifier(s) (PA) (power linear, Brushless, step etc.) allows the user to match the IMCS precisely to the requirements of each motion control project. Once programmed with suitable and open source firmware, it combines in a single unit all the functions necessary to control one actuator(s). The IMCU is designed around reprogrammable (CPLD and DSP) and reconfigurable technologies allowing it to be tailored exactly to a particular requirement.

The IMCS is a cost and time effective solution to implement complex and high-performance motion control/test systems or prototypes. It constitutes a family of ready-to-use hardware and firmware components which use a modular and distributed intelligence approaches. A bespoke solution can be quickly and easily assembled from these components, corresponding to a particular combination of actuators and sensors.

Fit-Up systems shortens the big diametric and heavy pieces’ montage period in cylindrical piece fabrication and reduces the need of crane and operator. Fit-Up systems basically consist of 2 main rotator teams. With the fixed rotator system, pieces’ heights towards each other are adjusted while rotator amount increases according to piece tonnage. Other rotator systems are mobile and as it appends to the piece it moves forward and basically make the movement of the piece’s rotating movement. With the help of column-bom which is the source of montaged pieces on Fit-up systems, it can be finished quickly while saving man-hour. In Fit-up system basically; besides the fixed rotator set that adjusts montage and heights it contains 2 motorized and 1 wanderer rotator systems.

The MP Computer is a comfortable, comprehensive and easy-to-handle evaluation, display and control unit for different types of engine test beds. Its clear and ergonomic arrangement fascilitates the work with the test bed. Desired loads can be adjusted quickly and easily. Specialists are not required. Many optional additional functions increase enlarge the comfort of the MP Computer. Maintaining permanent accuracy of torque measurement is facilitated by a semi-automatic calibration routine. Existing engine/motor test beds can be modernized by an MP Computer. Examples of optional additional functions: - Automatic gravimetric determination of the specific fuel consumption. - Several possibilities of output and documentation of measured values. - Acquisition of non-electric and electric measuring values on combustion engines, electric machines, etc. - Special functions required by certain measuring tasks.
