Air filters are designed for air handling units and supply fans. The offered filters stop pollutants entering the rooms from the outside, thus creating comfortable conditions for the user. The DN 250 duct filter is used to filter the air in ventilation systems. As standard, it is equipped with a high-quality EU4 class filter cartridge, which retains over 90% of air pollutants present in the atmosphere (dust, pollen, ashes, fungal and mold spores). The active surface of the filter is up to 2400 cm2

For forced cooling, Seifert electronic offers compact fan units in various performance classes. The variable fin spacing in the high-performance heat sinks ensures strong cooling during fan operation. In forced convection cooling, fans are required as separate sources of convection. To ensure optimal convection during fan operation, it is recommended to incorporate heat sink profiles. The fin spacing in heat sink profiles is particularly important, as increasing the surface area is key for forced cooling. To push this boundary further, we have continuously reduced the fin spacing in our profiles. Depending on the model, up to three fans per cooler are possible, which can optionally be equipped with pressure chambers for improved air guidance. Most heat sinks are already equipped with aerodynamically designed hollow fins. Additionally, air deflectors for air guidance are available for some heat sink profiles.

Filtering plant FTC-AS 6.Bd is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Productivity – 6 000 m³/h. It is installed using modular panels, which provides a modular structure of the installation. The installation is made of 2 mm thick steel with subsequent powder coating. The fan unit is located in a noise-absorbing housing. Contaminated air containing waste particles obtained during production is transported to the filtering plant and the heavier particles in the settling chamber fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, while the air containing small light particles is filtered in cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane . The installation performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane provide fine filtration of air with a size of solid particles from 0.3 microns, the degree of air purification is 100%, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop.

The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Fan filter units are used for enclosure climate control to dissipate heat from within the enclosure to prevent the premature failure of the equipment inside it. It helps to increase an operational reliability and a service life for electrical and electronic systems. Filter fans will cool enclosures to a level slightly above the ambient temperature outside the cabinet. To cool enclosure contents, the fans draw filtered ambient air into the cabinet. At the same time, the heated air within the cabinet is blown out an exhaust. The exhaust is also filtered which creates airflow resistance and a slightly higher pressure inside the enclosure.
