Lindemann Fuel System Cleaner is specially designed to keep the fuel and injection system, intake valves and combustion chambers clean. In addition, this product ensures that the fuel pump, fuel lines and engine are protected against the disadvantages of the high ethanol content that is incorporated in E10 petrol. E10 petrol contains less energy, attracts much more moisture and has a shorter shelf life.

The fuel systems division specializes in the development and production of serial products. Two main products are produced and sold: fuel pumps which are used in vehicles and flow meters in fuel dispensers which work on the screw spindle principle. Both products meet the high requirements demanded by the automotive and tank facility industries with regard to performance, accuracy and quality. The high overall efficiency in comparison with other pump stages, the low noise emission and the pump's high dirt resistivity as well as the outstanding controllability of a displacement pump make our pumps a reliable and important module in the delivery unit.

Our fuel lines ensure the safe transport of aggressive substances and allow for easy and time-saving installation thanks to matched connectors. All lines, smooth sections, cuffs and Quick connectors are made to customers specification and guarantee a reliable connection. The flexibility of our corrugated tubes provides a key advantage especially in tanks where space is limited. Depending on the material, the systems are resistant to chemical substances and withstand temperatures up to 140°C. Liquid fuel system for a gas turbine which utilises a variable speed electric motor driving a positive displacement pump. The flow of fuel is controlled by the speed of the pump and not by a valve in traditional systems. The nature of the positive displacement gear pump makes it ideal for aggressive fuels such as low viscosity naptha or high viscosity heavy fuel oil. A fuel injection systems manufacturer used two steel brackets to clamp the fuel rail to the top of the engine. The customer was looking at changing these brackets to plastic to reduce costs. In order to prevent deformation of the plastic bracket during the tightening of the bolt, a Compression Limiter was required. The customer originally investigated the use of a machined Compression Limiter, but the savings from changing the metal bracket to plastic would have been lost considering the high price of the machined Limiter. The customer approached SPIROL to help provide a lower cost solution for the Compression Limiter. SPIROL recommended the use of a standard CL200 Compression Limiter based on the rated proof load of the bolt used in the assembly. This roll-formed Compression Limiter is a fraction of the cost of a machined Compression Limiter. In addition, the flexibility of the roll formed Limiter enabled the customer to widen their hole tolerances further reducing assembly costs.
