Flameproof mini line heaters ATEX Ex II 2 G Ex’d’ IIC T4-T6 nach EN60079-0 und EN60079-1 The Exheat range of flameproof mini line heaters consist of a screw plug or flanged type immersion heater mounted in a thermally insulated heating vessel. They are designed to efficiently transfer heat to a flowing medium (liquid, air or gas). All flameproof heaters are fully ATEX certified and designed for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, gas group IIC.

Domestic heating with hot air boiler with diesel operation Hot air boilers with diesel operation are a fast and efficient system for heating domestic and commercial premises. The equipment has a soundproofed interior of the diesel burner so that its operation is as quiet as possible. It also incorporates a 3-speed fan to adjust the air flow according to the heating needs of the room to be heated. For its operation, a fuel tank, a smoke outlet and a single-phase connection socket are required. Finned Tubular Heaters are the ideal solution for air or gas flow heating processes. The ribs enlarge the heat-releasing surface significantly. Basis of the finned tubular heaters are our 8.5 mm tubular heaters. The outer diameter of the fins is 28 mm. The elements can be delivered straight, U-shaped or circular (special design on request). Tubular heater as well as fins are made of stainless steel, the standard for the tube is 1.4828 (other materials possible as in chapter Round Tubular Heaters), the fins are normally made of 1.4301 (1.4571 on request).

These equipments do not have flue gas outlet and are only suitable for ventilated premises or open premises, therefore, their use in closed premises is totally prohibited. The equipment can be controlled with an ambient thermostat that is responsible for starting or stopping the equipment depending on the desired temperature.

Heating of mechanical and automotive workshops with hot air equipment with diesel operation The hot air generators with diesel operation of the VE series are the perfect solution for the heating of small mechanical or automotive workshops. The equipment will quickly and efficiently provide hot air to obtain a comfortable comfort temperature in a very short time. The team has a 35-liter fuel tank for a range of about 3-4 days. A powerful and silent fan provides the hot air necessary for heating premises of up to 150-175m2. The room thermostat incorporated in the equipment will be in charge of starting or stopping the equipment depending on the desired temperature and in this way the energy consumption of the equipment will be optimized. Hot air fan heaters with water coil (20 to 106 kW) - ATR The hot air heaters with hot water coil are ideal for heating all types of commercial, industrial or agricultural premises where a flow of hot air is required to heat different areas of the premises to be heated. The hot water must be produced by a diesel, gas or biomass boiler. The hot water, by means of a circulation pump, passes through the interior of the heating coil of the air heater and the heat transfer is carried out by the air fan of the air heater. The fan can be axial or centrifugal, the axial type is used for direct dissolution and the centrifugal fan allows a network of ducts to be applied in addition to having a greater reach.

Electric heaters for any type of premises RP PROFESSIONAL electric heaters or heaters are robust and with the best components to obtain a fast, efficient and durable electric heating system. All models include, as standard, an ambient thermostat to start and stop the equipment once the desired temperature has been reached in the room and in this way optimize energy consumption.
