Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. Furthermore, this car lift is delivered with automatic sliding doors and cabin equipment designed for the transport of vehicles and passengers. Designed for the operation whilst positioned on the floor, the device – given on-site preparation – can also easily be used when mounted to the wall or ceiling. Also it can be connected to existing ducted air systems. The dehumidifier DH 310 comes with a smoothly running scroll compressor for constant, pulsation-free pressure to ensure an energy-efficient refrigeration. Combined with its self-regulating EC radial fan this robust industrial dryer allows for a constantly high dehumidification performance during continuous operation even at low temperatures.

For forced cooling, Seifert electronic offers compact fan units in various performance classes. The variable fin spacing in the high-performance heat sinks ensures strong cooling during fan operation. In forced convection cooling, fans are required as separate sources of convection. To ensure optimal convection during fan operation, it is recommended to incorporate heat sink profiles. The fin spacing in heat sink profiles is particularly important, as increasing the surface area is key for forced cooling. To push this boundary further, we have continuously reduced the fin spacing in our profiles. Depending on the model, up to three fans per cooler are possible, which can optionally be equipped with pressure chambers for improved air guidance. Most heat sinks are already equipped with aerodynamically designed hollow fins. Additionally, air deflectors for air guidance are available for some heat sink profiles.

D-SUB Combination connectors offer the possibility to equip a proven design with new functionality. This is done by using different contact types without having to change the shape, size and installation dimensions of the connector itself. By using high-current contacts, the power supply of the device can be realized without an additional interface for the power supply. High-voltage contacts allow operating voltages of up to 2.8 kV. Fast signal transmission over shielded coaxial lines is achieved with the use of special coaxial contacts. A choice can be made between the Combination D-SUB, Combination D-SUB High Density and Combination D-SUB Dual Port series. In all variants, different combinations with signal, high current, high voltage or coaxial contacts are possible. The combination of different contact types offers interesting possibilities to save space and costs in the interface area. The connectors are always supplied with signal contacts, except for the crimp version.

The forming line consists of machines for orienting and forming a multi-layer strand mat for OSB production. The forming line consists of two mat formers including disc orienter heads to create the surface layer and one or two mat formers including pocket orienter heads to create the core layer. The threelayer strand mat thus produced enables high orienting degrees and is a prerequisite for meeting the relevant OSB-standard requirements. Additional devices for quality monitoring complete the function of Siempelkamp’s forming line. The plant modules can be adjusted to the respective requirements thus preparing the mat optimally for its compaction in a ContiRoll®. The equipment is designed to produce board thicknesses between 6 and 38 mm without any problem. The forming belt conveyor is a modular design as well tuned to plant output and feasible board formats.

The plant modules can be adjusted to the respective requirements thus preparing the mat optimally for its compaction in a ContiRoll®. The equipment is designed to produce board thicknesses between 6 and 40 mm without any problem. A typical particle mat former consists of one or two mechanical mat formers for the core layer and two wind sifters for the top and the rear surfaces. The three-layer particleboard thus produced distinguishes by a homogeneous, core layer consisting of coarse particles and two surface layers, the particle size of which is decreasing from the core to the outer faces.
