The HONSEL Rivdom eBZ 3 battery riveter was developed specially for the demands of the setting of high-strength blind rivets with 6.4 and 7.8 mm diameter with grooved rivet stud! The clamping jaws specially designed for this geometry and a modified clamping mechanism guarantee reliable and positive settings of high-strength blind rivets with a stud diameter from 3.8 to 6.15 mm. This also helps to minimise wear on the clamping jaws. Rivdom eBZ 3 has a modern brushless DC (BLDC) motor. This battery system allows the assembly of a series of solenoid valves type VY in 1/8 with various functions. The electrical control is integrated in the housing and equipped with a 25-pin SUB-D connector. The valve terminal can be preconfigured and ordered fully assembled and tested, or, thanks to the very simple, intuitive coding, you can assemble it yourself on the basis.

The modular VD valve series allows the valves to be universally installed in a chain or on Omega DIN EN 50022 mounting rails. The solenoid valves guarantee fast switching times and are available in 3/2 NC or NO. Threaded connection G 1/8.

Our VD series solenoid valves are mounted to save space on a manifold battery output with 2 to 10 valve positions as standard.

The really powerful tool from HONSEL for blind rivets up to 8.0 mm diameter! With a very long stroke of 25 mm it is also eminently suitable for the setting of high-strength FERO® BOLT blind rivets. The BZ 123A is to be found in industrial series production, for example, of truck semi-trailers, and in individual vehicle and trailer construction – wherever large numbers of safety-relevant blind rivets have to be set quickly and reliably.

The sophisticated design and individual setting options make the Honsel VNG 903 your perfect tool for the easy and reliable setting of all common blind rivet nuts. These are automatically threaded onto the threaded mandrel through light pressure. Threading is likewise stopped automatically; the threading time can be set. Convenient, simple, practical.
