The mould construction fleece is particularly well tensile and conformable. It is also ideally suitable for complicated parts and moulds. Since this fleece is produced of 100 % polyester fibres, it can be processed with epoxy and polyester resin without any problem. The resin consumption is approx. 1.5 – 2 kg/m² depending on the application. It is ideal for producing free forms.

In any way, shape or form – our diverse selection of tiles offers the right tile for every taste. You only have to choose the desired size and tile type. Our stock of test tiles also includes stoneware and porcelain stoneware for adhesive testing, for instance pursuant to EN 1324 or EN 12004. The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.

FIBALON®3D offers you excellent filter performance for all common swimming pool filters. Only 350 grams of it replace 25 kilograms of filter sand or 20 kilograms of filter glass. FIBALON®3D filters particles down to 8 microns and due to its fiber fixation, it filters nearly pressure-less. Additional it is made out of recycled PET-bottles. This leads to an energy saving and environment friendly product. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter media’s surface area. We also developed the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the FIBALON® media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON® leads with minimum weight to an excellent energy balance compared to conventional filter media.

TROL as niche product is mainly used as technical fabric and needle felt in the field of industrial dedusting and liquid filtration applications. Teperature resistance TROL® posses a 35 °C higher temperature resistence compared to conventional PP. Continuous temperature resistance is 125 °C, peak temperature is max. 135 °C (< 200h/year). Hydrolysis resistance TROL® consists of saturated hydrocarbon chains. Hydrolytic cleavage and corresponding deterioration of the polymer does not take place.

Based on Riedel‘s extensive experience in demanding rental projects such as Olympic Games, Formula 1 or the Eurovision Song Contest, Riedel designed a fiber optic cable that meets the highest demands in event &amp; mobile productions. Riedel Pure CS is available in 10m / 200m (optional on GT380 cable drum) / 300m (opt. on GT450) / 600m (opt. on SK4731-R) / other cable lengths on request. Riedel Pure XT is available in 10m / 100m (optional on GT380 cable drum) / 150m (opt. on GT450) / 300m (opt. on SK4731-R) / other cable lengths on request.

Operating the optoCONTROL CLS1000 controllers requires sensors that are used on the measuring point. Depending on the measurement task, the sensors can be individually combined. The high-quality sensors with fiber optics are characterized by small installation dimensions and robust materials. This makes them particularly suitable for mechanical stress and harsh ambient conditions such as high temperatures. The sensor can also be used in restricted areas as the sensor head requires a minimum of installation space.

The CLS1000 controller is available in five different versions: CLS1000-QN with antivalence function (normally open/normally closed), CLS1000-2Q with two switching outputs, CLS1000-OC with optocoupler, CLS1000-AU with voltage output and CLS1000-AI with current output. Each model is available in NPN, PNP or push-pull versions. All controllers are available with or without triggers.

The ALFlak systems offer you many options in the field of mobile laser and repair welding. Especially for complex shapes and forms with locally reinforcements it is the best choice. More efficient than carbon weave or automatic fiber placement (AFP). The technical revolution in fleece filtration: Cora®Perform's special fibre texture is a unique space depth matrix. The dirt absorption capacity of the polyester high-performance nonwoven fabric exceeds that of conventional nonwovens by a multiple; therefore Cora®Perform can absorb a much larger amount of solids. Filter cake formation and lower cycle times result in a high separation efficiency and extremely low fleece consumption. With Cora®Perform polyester high-performance fleeces from FTJ you bet on a durable product and produce less waste. This saves the environment and saves costs.

This stable work table can be used with laser sources from 300 - 900 W, which are integrated in the work table. The modular design allows the use of various optics and focal lengths, so that you can optimally carry out your tasks. The system can be operated either manually - with our instantly responding joystick - and semi-automatically or automatically with the WINLaserNC software. When welding, workpieces are moved precisely on the three axes of movement of the work table. An axis of rotation is also available. The Z axis of the table lifts workpieces up to 450 kg. The laser and motion system are conveniently operated via the control console with an intuitive touchscreen. With the AL-TW you can weld without restricting the work area. This enables the processing of large workpieces. We support you with the implementation of the laser safety measures with our laser safety concept.

The combination of different fiber diameters allows us to design and manufacture progressive filter media in 3D. Our filter media products are exclusively manufactured on production machines designed and built inhouse. Thus we can offer a high flexibility as well as possible customized developments.We offer various media series for different areas of applications (for example automotive, HVAC, industrial and medical applications).

The laser welding systems of the AL series can be used universally. They might be integrated into existing machine structures or used with an application device for manual welding. In combination with our NC-controlled laser machining table AL-T you get a real professional solution. We offer the required performance class for every application. You can choose between 75 and 900 W. There is a wide range of processing lenses and equipment options for these laser systems. Regardless of whether you use a simple 90 ° deflection lens, the tilt-swivel lens or our circular welding lens - the laser beam always reaches the desired point on the workpiece with pinpoint accuracy.
