The zinc coating offers excellent corrosion protection: In cooperation with our customers, we have developed a product that solves the problem of zinc abrasion in the processing of galvanized strips - ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). An organic coating system is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. This results in a colourless, uniform, highly lubricious layer with a dry film thickness of 0.50 - 3.00 µm, which can of course also be supplied in any desired colour. We supply from the productions and our stocks ; the galvanized flat steel that is hot-dipping of cold- rolled metal through a zinc bath where both surfaces are coated with layer of zinc applied in order to enhance material lifespan and prevent corrosion which will eventually occur on the material surfaces in the presence of water or air moisture. The above mentioned flat pot magnets are manufactured from standard parts according to DIN EN ISO 4017-8.8. Dimensions and tolerances depend on the current status of the standard. Hexagon screws are suitable for being tightened with an open-end spanner. This is a special advantage in comparison to our round flat pot magnets, which only can be screwed on by hand. The hexagon screws are available with different lengths corresponding to fixed standards. By this simplified production method they are quite economical resp. there is a cost benefit compared with the turned special parts.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCE) with a maximum of four galvanically separated switching outputs, which can be set by the customer and which are activated or deactivated depending on the relevant position of the drive shaft. A parameterisable multiturn absolute encoder with SSI interface plus the switching cam encoder printed circuit board with separate controller are integrated into the compact housing. The SSI interface can be preset, the code direction can be set and the switching outputs can be preset.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCI) with a maximum of four galvanically separated1) SIL2 switching outputs that can be set by the customer, and which are activated or deactivated depending on the respective position of the drive shaft. A parameterisable multiturn absolute encoder with incremental interface as well as the four switching outputs are integrated in the compact housing. The switching outputs can be preset. A special shaft design appropriate to the play-compensating measurement gear ZRS is available. The supply voltage, incremental signal and switching contacts are each galvanically separated from one another

The parameterisation (cam limits, resolution, measuring range a.s.o.) has to be verified to the NOCN via a checksum. This checksum can be calculated by a TWK program or the standard algorithm recommended by the CiA. After verification the device can be set operational.

The NOCN has a fault monitoring system which outputs a fault message via the CANopen bus (emergency message) on detection of a fault.
