The BS78 is a high accuracy exposed linera encoder with an interferometric signal generation in transmitted light design. The scale has a graduation period of 0.55µm. The LASERSCALE operating principle generates a sinusoidal measuring signal with a signal period of 138nm. This has an extremely high signal quality with a very low noise component. This allows resolutions of up to 2.1 pm to be generated. Due to the extremely low interpolation error, the BS78 is perfectly suited for ultra precision machining, measurement and calibration applications.

The new 9250/9251 amplifier generation unites all the features that make modern measurement data acquisition actually possible for the first time. Network-compatible, high-precision, user-friendly, smart and versatile: the combined system of amplifier module and bus controller can be integrated into any existing setup. The amplifier 9250 in conjuction with the fieldbus controller 9251 takes signals exactly to the point where they can be combined, monitored and linked efficiently to other data. The fieldbus interfaces give you flexibility, speed and perfect connections, and save you time, money and other resources when integrating your measurement setup with existing systems. Automatic sensor recognition due to burster TEDS lets you play absolutely safe, protecting you from setting incorrect parameters. The broad supply voltage range permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets.

High-precision angle measuring system with +/-0.1s accuracy for measuring and calibration applications. The signal sampling is done by an interferometric operating principle (laserscale) The graduation period is 1µm, the generated signal period of the output signal is 250nm. Scale errors are self-compensated by using six reading heads in a special arrangement. The measured values can be output in csv format via the USB interface. The BL57 is a high-resolution, exposed linear encoder with interferometric operating principle in transmitted light design. The BL57 has a graduation period of 1.6µm and generates a sinusoidal signal period of 400nm due to the laserscale operating principle. This allows resolutions of up to 6.1pm. to be achieved. Due to the high response speed of up to 3m/s, it is perfectly suited for high-precision and fast X/Y stages.

The BL50H is a high resolution exposed linear encoder in reflective design. The BL50H has a grating period of 1.6µm and generates a signal period of 400nm with the Laserscale operating principle. The extremely small dimensions, made possible by the reflective design and large mounting tolerances, allow easy integration into X/Y stages and a wide variety of measurement applications. It provides a very high signal quality with low noise level and is suitable for resolutions up to 6pm at travel speeds up to 3m/s.
