The noise levels in pipe and rod raising systems can be very high. A chute lined with secutex pipe modules ensures that noise levels are reduced and that surfaces are protected. The secutex material with inset perforated plates is particularly wearresistant and cushions the movement of pipes and rods very well. The cast sections are attached using drilled attachment holes. Segment sizes and joins are manufactured according to client requests.

CE-labelled, European approved construction product according to ETA-13/0904 and German general type approval. Fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Closing with 2 foam plugs included in the delivery. The surface seal is created with PYROCOAT® ASX coating. In some applications, the use of metallic tightening straps is prescribed to secure the pipe shells in light-duty partitions. Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.

This machine technology developed for coating round steel tubes with a temporary corrosion protection convinces with its high performance. The surface quality of the solvent free coating with 100 % UV lacquer, the fast curing time of ≤ 1 second as well as an overspray recovery rate of more than 95 % are impressive features which, by their very nature, offer high economic efficiency. Additional modules individually perform either the cleaning work, dust removal or marking of tubes. This machine technology ensures perfect transport of the tubes without damage to the lacquer coat, while flexibly taking tube properties into account, such as sleeves or caps, diameters from 20-200 or from 200 to 500 mm, required throughfeed speeds of 30 - 100 m/min as well as surface temperatures from +1°C to +40°C. Whether operated as an individual machine or integrated in an adjustment line, the output parameters are characterised by minimum space requirement and low operating and maintenance costs. An alkaline cleaning station that adjusts to the individual degree of soiling of the tube surface to ensure optimum results can be optionally installed together with a drying unit upstream of the pipe coating line. Venjakob offers individual system solutions for coating tube sleeves. This includes the application of a base coat and coloured rings, as well as marking. Customised solutions for tube marking are available as an option.
