Experts for deep-drawn parts made of stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals (including brass, copper and nickel silver).from new development to series production: We develop perfect deep-drawn parts. Pressteck is one of the world's leading specialists for deep drawing individual parts on transfer presses and for their further processing into assemblies. In this non-cutting forming process, we produce hollow parts in several stages from a metal strip that can be made of aluminium, stainless steel, copper or brass, among other materials. Deep drawing has decisive advantages over other processes: Material consumption and production costs are lower, and at the same time the strength of the components is higher. We are highly innovative and perfect deep-drawing technology beyond what has been possible so far.

Punching units Punching unit with exchangeable cutting elements for sheets and profiles up to a material thickness of 25.0 mm and a hole diameter of 150.0 mm JOKA punching units consist of a special cast stand that accepts the punch and die and ensures the exact axis alignment between the cutting elements (punch and die). In addition, there is a stripping system in the upper part of the tool stand, as the material wipes off automatically after punching. The scraper contains two or more disc spring packages that guarantee perfect scraping even in the border areas. A fixed connection between the tool and the upper part of the press is therefore not required. To determine the exact position, each tool has a positioning pin (two for shaped holes) on the underside, which is precisely aligned with the cutting elements (center of the hole). The above picture shows a complete punching unit without cutting elements and one cutting set (punch and die) each for round hole or shaped hole.

The combination of multiple technologies/procedures in one step is called OneShot technology. Semi-finished products (e.g. renewable raw materials such as natural fibers) and decorative materials (e.g. textiles) have to be handled in one production step to finish a component, such as a door panel. FRIMO has developed a modular system that allows for simple and customized configuration of a OneShot plant with all necessary tools. The following units can be integrated into such a plant: feeding station, heating station, calibrating station, material assembly station, press with OneShot tool, part-removal station.

Neodymium magnet (aka NdFeB magnet), is the third generation of rare earth magnet, which is composed of Neodymium, Iron, Boron and a few transition metals. With high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product, and high performance /cost, Neodymium magnet is currently the strongest magnet available in the world. Manufacturing Process Neodymium, Iron, Boron and a few transition metals will be mixed into the Neodymium powder, then fine Neodymium powder will be compacted in a die and sintered, fusing the powder in a solid state. There are two ways of pressing die pressing and isostatic pressing. Sintered parts normally need some finish machining in order to meet final tolerances. Machining & Tolerance Generally, Neodymium magnet must be machined using diamondgrinding techniques. Sometimes, machining operations may be performed on Neodymium materials with carbide tools, but surface finishes thus obtained may be less than optimal.

The "Metzner RPA 60-LT" is a powerful robot press automation with an outstanding storage system for the highest demands in the handling of pressed parts made of hard metal and metal powder. With a storage capacity of up to 60 sintering plates, the it offers outstanding possibilities for the production of sintered parts of all types. All sintering plates are fed to the machine via four transport trolleys with 15 plates each. The intelligent handling system of the "RPA 60-LT" ensures uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. While the first sintering plate is filled by a linear robot with multifunctional gripper, the handling system provides a second empty plate. As soon as the first plate is filled, the loading of the second one starts. Meanwhile, the handling system returns the loaded sintering plate to the transport carriage. The automation thus works according to the Kanban principle, which ensures that the press can be operated continuously even during the workpiece carrier change

The Scotch-Yoke drive of the DTL series has a modified link drive characteristic and reduces the slide speed during the forming phase. Thus the presses are not only suitable for cutting, punching and forming tasks, but also for drawing operations. The extra time that the material receives for plastic flow significantly increases the quality of the produced parts. The reduced impact speed of the slide extends the life of the press and the die. Overview: ● Press capacity: 6,000 - 30,000 kN ● Part size: large ● Slide kinematics: link ● Application: as a single press system either as progdie or transfer mode, as well as a press line Description and benefits: ● The outside located pressure points and a long 8-fold slide guiding system well compensate off-center loads, spare press and die and ensure a constant part quality. ● The automatic centralized lubrication system increases pro-ductivity and availability.

TYP D 020 Automotive Press for pressing of rivet nuts, connectors, etc. Usage To reline of these connectors Automotive Press was formerly developed. Meanwhile, this device will multiply its application when it comes to press- fit components into the PCB (eg connectors). Also for joining several PCBs or PCB components, the press can be used. Operation Through the use of different tool inserts, which can be easily replaced in the nut tool, different assembly operations can be greatly facilitated, that have often been carried out laboriously on a toggle press. Due to the size of the motor press D 020 can be permanently mounted in the workplace or on a mounting bereitgestelllt car. The operation is simple: the circuit board is inserted with the part to be pressed in the operating range of the device against the stop. Then a limit switch triggers the workflow. By a nearly closed guard is no danger to the operator.

The ultra-thin board package consists of a special cylinder conguration with additional double-acting cylinders. Its concept enables the production of ultra-thin engineered boards in a reliable and stable process. A standard ContiRoll® has a degassing zone in its front section. Double-acting cylinders serve to lift the sides of the press gap to enable a controlled degassing. Since ultra-thin boards are produced at especially high speeds, this standard degassing zone is not long enough for the mat to degas. The optional ultra-thin board package includes additional dierential cylinders functioning as double-acting cylinders to extend the degassing zone signicantly. Dierential cylinders in the remaining part of the press ensure that the upper and the lower steel belts do not make contact during ultra-thin board production, even if there were no mat in-between.
