Flanged wheels are mainly used on rails to make sure that transport units stay on track. They are made up of a bearing and a wheel centre with a flange. They are used in everything from machine and systems engineering through to pulleys. These environments involve special conditions like heat, contact with oil or chips and electricity. Blickle has five different series of flanged wheels in its product range to meet various requirements. The SPKGSPO, SPK and SPKVS series have a single-sided flange. The DSPK and DSPKGSPO series have a double flange. The flanged wheels are also available in a variety of materials. Compressed cast nylon, steel and grey cast iron series are available. The flanged wheels use either a plain bore or ball bearings. Other bearing types are also available upon request.

Bearing Assembly

Flange converters are available for all common frequencies (20 to 35 kHz) and power requirements (200 to 5,000 W). They are designed to keep weight at a minimum and their standardized quick disconnect allows for easy and fast integration with robot applications.

Industrial pressure measurement covers a very wide range of gases and liquids. To produce your perfect component, we also have the option of using carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), but also soft magnetic materials. Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep-drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and a length of up to 120 mm. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm.Pharmaceutical and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: we are primarily active in these fast-growing sectors. haacon hebetechnik gmbh expands its standard range to include rack and pinion winches with fastening lugs for wall mounting. The serial drive type is a spring-loaded safety crank (SiFeKu), which holds the load in any desired position under tensile and compressive loading. The winch can be utilised in any position. The winches are produced in three load classes: 1.5 t 3 t 5 t. The robust design with milled gear rack and hardened gear components is suitable for use in harsh applications. The crank handle can be moved for space efficiency. Special designs with other rack and pinion lengths, detachable crank design, assembled fastening options can be supplied at short notice.

Our radiator valves DIN 42560 type A and type A OR are designed to be welded onto the transformer wall or on connection pipes. The radiator will be flanged on the four M16 holes (PCD=160 mm). The housing of the radiator valve is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage as it may occur with casted housing. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil- and vacuum-tight. Both types are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside. Our welding neck radiator valves DIN 42560 type A NW 80 fulfil the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8.
