ELITE chains are used for transporting goods that should not be scratched, such as coated or thin sheet metal, planed timber planks or pipes. The material iwis uses for the ELITE product range is nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with a hardness of 80 Shore A. NBR offers the optimum combination of cohesive friction, abrasion resistance and durability. Other profile types are possible for special applications and can be supplied on request. The rolls are made of high qual­i­ty ther­mo­plas­tics (Polypropy­lene), impact resis­tant and break-proof. The mate­r­i­al is acid and base resis­tant and does not absorb humid­i­ty. The Senergy® motor-driven roller is a genuine innovation. It is the first roller with a brushless 24V motor to be fitted with a standard four-pin M8 connector. A patent is now pending on this new technology. It is the digital encoding of the hall-effect signals in the motor that enables signal transmission to the external commutation electronics. The motor temperature is encoded and analysed in a similar way. This reliably protects the motor from overheating by effecting downward regulation as soon as a critical temperature is measured. We supply conveyor belts in various models for bulk goods. The model primarily depends on the transported quantities and bulk good properties. Conveyor belts / belt conveyors can also be used advantageously even across longer distances and with higher transport quantities. Conveyor belts with trough belt guides serve specifically to dispose of sewage sludge or for transporting wood. We also supply suitable scraper systems for your belt systems. It is also possible to fill the containers for container loading. A reversible and swivel-mounted conveyor belt also allows up to 6 containers to be filled. The advantage here is that the containers can be filled completely by moving/turning the belt. This container filling option is an alternative to pushing containers on rails.
