PROFESSIONAL GLUE GUNS SERIES M The professional glue guns series M are suitable for assembling, gluing, repairs on wood, plastic, cardboard, paper, cloth, metal pre-heated, rubber and leather. Installation and repair of tiles and porcelain. The M 812 model is recommended for intensive industrial use and is also available in the motorized M 812MG version with automatic continuous extrusion glue advancement device. The gluing of the professional range EG have powers from 220 to 400 W with high extrusion capacity (from 1400 to 2200 g/h) They have a high reliability, even in case of intensive use. They work with all sticks with a diameter of 12 mm, Length 200-300 mm. and are suitable for the bonding of wood, cardboard, leather, metals, fabric, glass, ceramic, plastic, etc. The progress of glue takes place through the mechanical trigger. Professional models of EG series are equipped with ON / OFF switch and a potentiometer for adjusting the temperature up to 220-230°C.

The glue dosing system is a simple and reliable system that allows the application of a certain amount of glue on boxes, cartons, trays, etc. The expulsion of the glue is controlled by an electro-pneumatic valve, controlled by the operator with a pedal or button. The amount of glue to be dispensed can be easily adjusted using a timer. Thanks to the valve that discharges the excess air, it is also possible to apply just one glue point without risking leaking from the gluing machine. The gluing machines are supplied with about 3 meters of compressed air hose. The length of the tube can be changed during the order. The EME gluing machines are made of stainless steel and brass, while the tray of glue is in ABS antacid. All parts in contact with the glue are interlocking and can be disassembled easily without any tools, making it quick and easy cleaning. USABLE GLUE: The gluing machines use a sticky compound consisting of powdered dextrin diluted in water. 400 grams of dextrin must be mixed with 600 ml of water. This is vegetable glue derived from potato starch.

MS80 - MANUAL GLUE GUN WITH GRANULAR HOT MELTS The MS 80 glue gun works with granular hot melts without compressed air. Simply connect them to the socket – ready. Use the thermostatic controls to set the requested temperature between 20°C and 200°C and you always work with the optimum glue temperature. Pull the trigger to apply the melted granulate. The MS 80 has proven successful in practice over a long period of time.

POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE WITH MEDIUM-HIGH VISCOSITY Neoplastic ABR is a mono-component polyurethane adhesive suitable for sticking leather and synthetic materials on soles. It can be reactivated at about only 50° C. It is possible to increase performances adding activator Desmodur (5%). High Crystallization PECULIARITY: REACTIVATION AT 40°C CHARACTERISTICS : Viscosity : 2800 +/- 100 Cps Reactivation : 40/50°C USING INSTRUCTIONS : Mix very well the adhesive. Apply an homogeneous coat upon the two parts has to be sticked, wait for 20/25 minutes and then reactivate the adhesive at a temperature of 40/50°C and then press the two parts. In case of materials very oily or absorbent we advise to use our PRIMER-HP as a first hand.
