The panels have standard dimensions with heights ranging from mm 1000/1 250/1 500 and lengths from mm 2950/3950; they can be made to be housed inside HE12O/1 40/1 60 profiles. The panel frame consists of horizontal and vertical beams with different insertion sections of mm 100 for HE 160 profile, mm 80 for HE 140 profile and mm 60 for HE 120 profile; The 20mm-thick rear side, representing the sound-insulating part of the barrier, consists of a battened or tongue&grooved matchboard. Inside the panel sound-absorbing material - mineral wool - with density 90 kg/mc, thickness 50 mm, supported by wooden pads to create an inner tube suitable to enhance the acoustic features: the sound-absorbing material is protected by a green or black smoke- and UV-resistant silicone net with 90% fine weft. The front face has slats for aesthetic/wool keeping purposes, which can be mounted diagonally, vertically or horizontally. An "EPDM" seal is fitted on the vertical sides of the panel front to lock

The TECNOWALL Panel has been especially designed by our technical staff to combine element sturdiness, quick handling and quick installation in one product. The TECNOWALL metal panel can be used to make: • noise barriers for roads, highway, railways; • wide screens for noisy outdoor plants; • sound-insulation and sound-absorbing partition walls inside production departments. Two classes of TECNOWALL metal panels have been manufactured, the TECNOWALL 95 version and the TECNOWALL 115 version, with different mechanical and sound characteristics, with the special multiple holes in common. The TECNOWALL 95 metal panel is made up of: steel sheet or aluminium sheet shell; mineral wool jacket covered with sound-absorbing dust-free fabric of 60 mm thickness 85 kg/mc density; punched front with holes of different diameter, from mm 2.5 to mm 7, of steel or aluminium sheet (% of exposure 35%). In the 95 version we have: TECNOWALL 95 AV 10 - made of a shell of galvanized and painted 1mm thick
