Glass- tempered - Import export

Thermal treatment ot the glass.

Dimensions range - Minimal - The format with diagonal min. 300mm, 270 x 50 Diagonal of form not less than 270 mm, Maximal - 3000x1700, 6000 x 2800. Thickness range - 3mm, 4 – 19mm. Notes - Glass designed for tempering must be subjected to edge treatment. Blunting is a sufficient treatment. The tempered glass at APERTE meets the requirements of BS EN 12150 standard.

Performing two operations for the glass sheet: tempering and bending.

Dimensions range - Minimal - 500 x 200, Maximal - 2800 x 5800, 4300 x 2800. Thickness range - 4 - 15, Notes - Glass for bending has to be subjected to edge treatment. Thickness of glass - 4 - 15, Minimal bend radius - R 800, Tolerance of arc length - +0/- 3 mm.

Dimensions range - Minimal - 350 x 100, Maximal - 1000 x 2400, Thickness range - 4 - 12, Notes - Glass for bending has to be subjected to edge treatment. Thickness of glass - 4, 5, 6, Minimal bend radius - R 450, Tolerance of arc length - +0/-0,5 mm. Thickness of glass - 8, 10, Minimal bend radius - R 650, Tolerance of arc length - +0/-1 mm. Thickness of glass - 12, Minimal bend radius - R 800, Tolerance of arc length - +0/-2 mm.

Dimensions range - Minimal - 270 x 50, Maximal - 6600 x 2800, Thickness range - 3** – 19, Notes - Painting is made by lead-free, ceramic paints* and UV. * Glass decorated of ceramic paints has to be tempered. ** Glass of thickness 3mm painted of ceramic paints is subjected to only the paint curing process. Glass for the indicated thickness is not tempered glass.

Dimensions range - Minimal - 270 x 50, Maximal - 6000 x 2600, Thickness range - 3** – 19, Notes - Painting is made of lead-free, ceramic paints. * Painting is carried out by applying a layer of paint on a shaft over the entire surface of the glass. Glass painted this method has to be tempered. ** 3mm glass is only subjected to the paint curing process. Glass for the indicated thickness is not tempered glass.
