Traditionally, our rubber-to-metal seals are used in the engine and transmission sectors, often with the elastomer FKM / FPM.

Gaskets, seals and technical molded parts made of special elastomers are manufactured using both injection molding and the classic compression molding process.

We develop and manufacture special seals for power stations, for the chemical and petrochemical industries, for machinery and pipeline construction. In other words, seals that provide the greatest possible reliability even under extreme operating conditions (pressure, heat, cold, aggressive media) – at temperatures from -200 to +1.000 °C. Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

Rubber washer ( food grade silicone washer ) A rubber washer is a ring made of rubber used in mechanical devices. It is used to prevent vibration from spreading from one part to another, reducing the noise levels.Typical uses are mounting computer parts, like fans and hard disk drives. By decoupling the motor from the computer case it prevents the resonance chamber effect from amplifying the noise.
