The inductive coupler of the NIC series is designed for contactless bidirectional transmission of power and data. Siegling Extremultus live roller belts are energy-saving, durable components of driven live rollers. The quality and performance of the belts determine how quickly and reliably items our customers’ items are distributed. The belt’s tension member plays a key role in this process. Today’s standard is polyester fabric (E). But polyamide sheet (P) or aramide fabric (A) are also used. The tension member is embedded in a thermoplastic intermediate layer. Rubber elastomer or urethane coat the two friction layers, which are the top face of the belt (towards the roller) and the underside of the belt (towards the drive and in some cases to the idler roller). The combination of tension member and coating lends the belt its special characteristics – tailored to conveyor type and purpose. The splice requires no extra adhesives (in the Aramid and Polyester line) and can be made quickly, easily and cleanly on site.

ATF DX II, is an automatic transmission fluid that is developed according to the leading equipment manufacturerer’s spesifications. It meets requirements of GM Dexron II. It provides continuous and perfect power transmission in torque convertor. Its high viscosity-temperature behaviour enables fast oil circulation at low temperatures and film strength at high temperatures.

Polyketone Material with significantly longer service life, higher power transmission and greater security against tooth breakage due to the extraordinarily high wear resistance and very good tribological properties. Can be used under water and other media. Due to the material properties, plastic gear racks are not straightened. L= nominal length 250 mm. The actual length is roughly a whole multiple of the pitch.

Round hook belts are the ideal solution for power transmission or conveying systems where several belts run on one shaft. Since they are easy to install, downtimes and maintenance costs can be reduced significantly. The hook belts only have to be inserted. Then the belt is joined to the hook and the second side of the hook is closed with pliers. Thus, there is no time-consuming and cost-intensive assembly work.

We have a complete range of polyurethane round belts for conveying and power transmission applications. PU round belts, extruded in open lengths, are homogeneous round profiles that can be welded for use as high-quality power transmission and conveying elements. Our stock mainly comprises solid profiles with a smooth or slightly roughened surface and hollow profiles for nipple connections. Several types have FDA/USDA approval and comply with EU Directive 2007/19/EC. Although we generally produce in open lengths, we can also produce all belts according to your specifications. Our round belts convey a wide range of products such as foodstuffs, glass, roof tiles, PC boards and many more. The standard range of round belts is rounded off with aramid, polyester or glass-fiber reinforcements. If an appropriate quantity is purchased, we also produce special types with PES or aramid reinforcements.

Keiper CROMA high-performance flat belts are made of fully synthetic polyamide foils, with a one-sided or two-sided adhesion coating of chrome-split leather. Fitted with a polyamide reinforcement. With a one-sided or two-sided coating of chrome-split leather, highly resistant to abrasion and wear. Chrome-split leather is used exclusively as a friction coating on power transmission belts as an alternative to nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR). CROMA belts with a coating of chrome-split leather are perfect for power transmission applications where the rollers are considerably contaminated by oil and dirt. In view of its slightly porous surface, chrome-split leather is air and humidity permeable and absorbs moisture; thus, it retains friction. However, the coefficient of friction of leather is lower than that for nitrile-butadiene rubber and steadily decreases during operation.
