The B80 HME series is a design with bearingless cantilever construction that is directly coupled to the IEC Motor. Specially designed for plant engineering and confined installation conditions. It can be operated in dry installation next to the tank, thus facilitating access for maintenance and repair work. The pump is suitable for pumping /circulating neutral, corrosive and mechanically contaminated liquids. Pump Shaft

We produce shafts for pumping units made of the following materials: steel 20H13, 30H13, 40H13 as per GOST 5632-2014; GOST 5949-2018; 14H17N2 as per GOST 5949-2018. Shafts made of other materials are also available subject to prior agreement. Subject to preliminary agreement, we are able to supply larger diameter shafts. All parts are manufactured according to drawings.

The system comprises two electrodes which are installed above the floor of the pumping station shaft and which issue an alarm message via the connected level relay when they come into contact with water. A sudden water leak in the shaft is detected immediately thus effectively preventing damage. ASCO CO2 Transfer Pumps have steel housings and long life shaft seals. The pumps have hardened steel gears and thrust washers to give long service life. The mechanical seal fitted provides leak free operation. These economical pumps need no lubrication and no daytoday maintenance. A unique design allows parts to adjust automatically for wear. Highest efficiency is maintained for a very long time. Installation is simple as no chain or belt drives or gear reduction motors are required. All pumps are equipped with double mechanical seal. This pump series is designed for horizontal installations next to a tank and are capable of cutting aluminium chips and similar materials and pumping of these materials along with the coolant fluid. An agitator located at the pump suction helps to break up and separate any large bundles of chips or birds nests which reach the pump suction.
