Emsil Group is capable of manufacturing complex products based on our Customer's drawings and specifications. Our four-cylinder rolling machines offer a maximum width of 1900 mm, and pipe twisting up to a diameter of 220mm at max. 6mm gage. In smaller versions 1000mm, for diameter min. 125mm

It is possible to enjoy the sunshine or fresh air outdoors, or even to sit in the rain, thanks to the rolling roof, which has been increasingly used in different living spaces in recent years. Rolling roof systems provide an extra living space in the open air in the areas where they are used. They are waterproof with adequate slope, oval or flat projecting. In other words, rolling roof systems not only undertake the task of shading system, but also increase comfort in rainy or snowy weather. Rolling roof systems have a wide variety that allows you to choose sizes and aesthetic appearance based on needs and expectations.

To answer the increasing demands of our customers, we are now equipped with a sheet metal rolling machine which allow rolling of 2000 mm wide by up to 3 mm thick plates for a minimum diameter of 140 mm. Providing a drawing or a sketch is enough to answer on the possibility of performing the rolling of a specific piece.

Laminated examination couch roll. It's disposable, hygienic and practical. Each roll is made of two layers, one in pure cellulose and one in polythene. The embossing of the cellulose ply makes the product pleasant to the touch, to guarantee greater comfort during the medical examination. The roll is perforated to facilitate tearing: changing the sheets between patients is quick and easy, without wasting paper. The perforated laminated embossed medical roll is available in packs of 6 rolls. Each roll is individually packaged, to have a better hygiene of the product, even when stored in your warehouse before use. The product is available in two colours: white or blue.

Spinflanging rolls can be manufactured in steel using AISI D2 tools, in ASP23 and ASP30 sintered steels, with titanium coatings, hard chromium coatings, hard metal or ceramic heads. Imeta also manufactures complete spinflanging heads and complete sets of tools for Cevolani, FMI, Metal Box, LANICO and other spinflanging machines. Should the engineering drawings no longer be available, our Technical Office can provide a “reverseengineering” service for your tools.

Seaming chucks and rolls made from tool steel are generally considered the industry standard for can factories, while canneries generally use stainless steel. Other types of steel are commonly used in the production of seaming chucks for Easy open covers, especially for those chucks that suffer from a weak chuck lip.
