Forging - Import export

We can supply forged parts processed in open dies designed by us, with shapes that are not completely closed. The resulting parts can then be machined closer to the final product.

To meet the requirements of our customers in the manufacture of close-die forgings we operate five maxi-press lines (750 ÷ 4,000 tons) equipped with induction heating and automatic temperature control. Weight: 200g ÷ 26 kg

FORJA NEPTUN has the capability to produce forged parts from carbon steel, alloy steel and high alloy steel, as well as rough or final machining on forged blanks/ parts.

Forged balls are used in the construction industry (to prepare bricks, cement, BCA-Autoclaved aerated concrete etc.) and also in the mining industry. The balls are made of carbon steel. Available diameters: 35 mm – 40 mm – 50 mm – 60 mm Hardness range: 59 – 63 HRC Dimensional deviation: ±3 %
