This high-level of reactivity and flexibility also means that we can quickly respond to requests for replacement parts or repairs in case of unexpected breakdowns.

These prototypes are designed to be highly technical but as simple as possible ensure the repeatability and readability of validation results limit production costs help you decide whether your process is technically and economically viable. With our extensive expertise in a wide range of trades (mechanics, machining, metal work, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics and automation), the immediate availability of our manufacturing equipment and the collaborative approach between our design office and manufacturing workshops, we fully capitalise on our in-house theoretical and practical skills to provide responsive and creative solutions to most requests, while controlling and limiting costs.

At each stage of research and development throughout your project, we hold strategic planning meetings with the design office and the manufacturing workshops, so that we can fully capitalise on our internal theoretical and practical skills, as well as having co-engineering discussions with your teams. The close collaboration between our development and manufacturing teams enables us to combine theoretical creativity and best practice.. All technical solutions undergo a practical feasibility and optimisation analysis upstream in the manufacturing phases. The various solutions studied are reviewed again, with the final decision being made according to the solution that offers the best balance between technicality, productivity, efficiency and cost.

In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer the option of comprehensive individual machine assembly, or device assemblies, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements for initial and final collections. For companies that do not have the ability to run assembly services, we are able to offer the launch of small and medium-sized stations or assembly lines in our plant, which may include not only the metal assemblies of elements, but may include the overall assembly of mechanisms or structures – including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or automation structures. Well-trained staff of the design office and production employees are able to ensure the correct machine and device assembly. The sheet metal assemblies are the basis for our services, however, the mastered technological process of assembling equipment, machines and devices, allows us to offer a wider range of elements, such as installation services and metal work solutions.
