We are very flexible with our PCBA process and are able to provide you with customized solutions for your system, including supporting any special requirements when needed, such as stress-free de-panelling. Our PCBA contains all the necessary technologies such as surface mount technology (SMT), laser marking, through hole technology (THT), cleaning, coating, programming, rework and repair, to provide you custom made solution for your system.

Our standard oil candles are available in three sizes: large (9), medium (6), and small (3). Our standard colors for all three sizes are red and transparent, in combination with a transparent plastic lid. We are also able to supply unique boxes with custom printing and design, made to your specifications. We can attach a label to the side of plain boxes if you wish. Under the first lid, the candles have an integrated secondary lid that serves as weather protection. It allows uninterrupted burning even in windy and rainy conditions. If requested, we can apply any desired label on the candle. We may also provide unique boxes with custom printing and design, tailored to your specifications. We can attach a label to the side of plain boxes if you wish. Our production facilities can meet the majority of the demands. At Galex, we are able to produce both smaller or larger series of products and can also carry out additional orders. The minimal batches start at 10 kg or at 1,000 packed tablets onwards.

With the most modern equipment, extensive knowledge and years of experience, we offer superior powder coating service. Powder coating is an application of the paint in the form of a powder to the surface of the workpiece or metal. Because it is a so-called dry powder coating, the adhesive is not applied, but rather the coat itself takes its place. Electrostatic gun is used to apply the powder, which is then exposed in a furnace at high temperatures, melting the coat and when cooled down, we have a smooth homogeneous surface, which is solid and robust. Powder coating is mainly used on metal products, since it has to be exposed to certain higher temperatures. We are high in demand of coating steel products, aluminum products and stainless steel material, but other metals are also suitable for powder coating.
