It comprises a glass scrim reinforced aluminium tape coated with an aggressive cold weather acrylic adhesive, supplied with a siliconised paper liner. This very strong, high performance aluminium tape is ideal for use in a range of demanding applications and environmental conditions. Features: For use as a heat deflector. Good high and low temperature resistance ‐service temperature: ‐35°C to +120°C. Scrim reinforced for extra strength. Good water vapour resistance. Same aluminium visual aspect to blend in easily with air ducts. Good ageing resistance both indoors and outdoors. Soft and conformable. Aluminium backing provides good reflection of both heat and light. Cold weather high quality adhesive for good bonding to a range of substrates. Good mechanical resistance.
